EXECUTIVE BIOS Roula Latsios-Wilson Founder and President
Roula is a seasoned entrepreneur with 25 years’ of experience leading a successful
start-up into becoming a leader in the healthcare arena. Her keen ability to understand the challenges faced by the physician
community and deliver valued services to them drives the firms’ success. Well recognized in the healthcare industry,
Roula’s billing experience spans a variety of medical specialties - from anesthesia to urology and she has published
several articles on billing and practice management. Prior to founding PBS, Roula was the Billing Administrator for the
neurology department at the University of Rochester and was the lead Provider Representative for Blue Shield of Rochester. Peter Jamanis, MBA Director of Business Development Peter is an industry versatile executive
with senior level experience in operations, finance, business and product development, technology and general management. With
a proven track record of improving organizations through analysis, implementation and leadership, his entrepreneurial endeavors
include involvement in 4 start-ups resulting in 2 acquisitions. His healthcare experience is derived from positions held
at the University of Rochester’s Cardiology department and the Department of Medicine. Prior to that, he held several
positions with Medical Billing Management Associates. Peter regularly presents at national and international conferences
on healthcare related topics. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Simon School at the University
of Rochester.
